Welcome to ISKCON Vrindavan Guest House. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Check-in & Check-out Policy

Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.

Advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash payments at the property.

Rates may vary during peak seasons, festivals, and weekends.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund.

No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Guest Identification

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) at the time of check-in.

Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

5. Code of Conduct

As the guest house is located within a spiritual and temple environment, guests are expected to dress and behave modestly.

Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.

6. Room Occupancy

Standard room tariffs are applicable for 2 adults.

Additional guests may be charged extra as per our occupancy policy.

Children under 5 years of age may stay free with parents (without extra bedding).

7. Liability

ISKCON Vrindavan Guest House is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Please use the lockers provided or keep valuables securely with you.

Any damage caused to the property by guests will be chargeable.

8. Temple Access & Timings

Guests are encouraged to attend daily aartis, kirtans, and temple programs at the nearby Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir.

Please follow all guidelines set by the temple authorities during visits.

9. Right to Admission

The management reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its sole discretion, especially in cases of misconduct or policy violation.
